At AUREL, we operate an experimental laboratory for exactly these purposes. Verification of CAE analyses through testing

At AUREL, we connect CAE simulations with real-world testing to verify the accuracy of computational models. We conduct physical experiments that provide developers with critical insights into the functionality, durability, and reliability of components. Types of tests

As part of our experimental laboratory services, we offer three main types of testing:

  • Component Testing: We conduct both static and dynamic tests on various types of components. Either using our internally developed methodologies or based on the technical specifications provided by the customer.
  • Material Testing: We assess ductility, strength limits, material durability, and behaviour under different conditions. When needed, we also develop corresponding CAE (FEM) material models.
  • Specialised Testing and Measurements: We manage the full process – from test design to realisation. Measurements are carried out according to the specific needs of each company, either in our lab or directly at the customer’s site. These tests are typically accompanied by the measurement of mechanical or physical parameters.
