The AUREL Academy has been evolving for several years, enabling employees to continuously grow both professionally and personally. AUREL’s HR department organises tailored courses and training programs that match the requirements of specific roles and the skills of individual employees. These include specialized technical training in areas such as transmission development or passive safety, as well as language courses. Each year, training activities are planned for dozens of employees across different professions. To date, around 100 employees have completed these programs, and the scope is gradually expanding to include all target groups.
