AUREL has developed the AxialSense sensor, designed for direct measurement of axial force in bolted joints. This specialised sensor delivers real-time, highly accurate data on bolt preload and enables evaluation of load effects depending on the type of stress or environmental conditions.

A versatile solution for development and production

The AxialSense sensor can be easily integrated into detachable joints of mechanical equipment (bolts, studs, or general force elements). It is suitable both for development, during component testing, and for series production. In production, it ensures product quality, increases process safety, extends machine lifetime, and supports sustainability efforts with respect to environmental protection.
