Autonomous mobility is becoming a reality faster than many anticipated. Engineers and technicians in the automotive industry are facing real challenges. It’s no longer enough to simply develop new technologies, they must also be thoroughly tested and validated. Validation confirms whether your vehicle is ready for real-world operation

Validating autonomous systems ensures that the technology meets required standards and that the vehicles are ready for the road. To support this process, AUREL uses not only physical vehicle testing at its proving ground, but also a digital twin of the facility. The 3D virtual environment significantly accelerates and reduces the cost of certain types of tests. Car makers can use it to simulate and assess scenarios that would be dangerous or prohibitively expensive to recreate in real life.
